Please join us for a wonderful day of celebrating, learning and networking on Saturday November 4, 2017 at our 24th NJAPM Annual Conference, NJAPM Annual Conference Celebrating ADR Day XX. The conference will be held at The Imperia, 1714 Easton Avenue, Somerset, NJ from 9am-4:30pm.
This will be a one-of-a-kind celebration held jointly with other premier New Jersey ADR organizations, namely NJICLE, NJSBA Dispute Resolution Section, the Justice Maria L. Garibaldi Inn of Court, and the New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups.
The keynote presentation, “What’s Trust Got To Do With It”, promises to be a captivating and engaging session for all mediators. Keynote speaker, Noelle Mykolenko, MBA, a Washington D.C. based consultant with Trusted Advisor Associates (trustedadvisor.com), will explain why trust is the single most powerful factor driving client relationship effectiveness.
The conference events will also include educational workshops, our NJAPM annual meeting at noon, and a very lively ethics session.

She is passionate about growth, and has experienced first-hand that trusted relationships powerfully accelerate the achievement of both personal and business goals.
As a consultant for Trusted Advisor Associates, Noelle helps professionals in consultative roles achieve their goals through improved client relationships. She delivers tailored, interactive
programs that explore and develop the mindsets, skill sets and everyday habits of a trusted advisor. Based on the classic book The Trusted Advisor, these programs examine the paradigm of trust through the filter of professional services, identifying barriers to trust and delving into new ways of thinking and being to increase individual trustworthiness and rapidly create trust with others.
