Law for Non-attorneys
Non-attorney mediators who “speak their language,” will establish rapport, and credibility with lawyers who are participating in mediation on behalf of clients. It is also essential for mediators who receive court assignments to understand the normal progression of causes of action through litigation including, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, and burdens of proof.
This mini-course is a supplement to the 30-hour Civil Mediation Training and will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Fee $160.00. Follow this link to register after registering for the 30-hour Civil Mediation Training.
