Seeking to change or enhance your career?

NJAPM’s 28-hour Basic Civil Mediation Course examines: Negotiations; Essential Qualities of successful mediators; Stages of Mediation; Obstacles to settlement, and working through apparent impasses; the Uniform Mediation Act; Ethical standards applicable to mediators; the Rule 1:40 mediation system; and building and marketing a mediation practice. The training is hands-on, and provides several role-playing opportunities under the guidance of NJAPM mediators.
